A Japanese restaurant in Slovenia's Karst region where Sato Bento and chef Shin Sato work their magic every weekend. The Japanese 'omakase' concept ('I'll leave it up to you') guides the dining experience. Head chef Shin Sato focuses entirely on daily specials — the plates of individual courses are the size of tapas, look as if they have been painted and spread feelings of happiness on the palate.
