Chef Košir operates as a nature-conscious farmer, culinary innovator, culinary talent and Slovenia's most sustainable chef. The establishment features self-sufficiency across two farms and five vegetable gardens. Sommelier Nejc Farčnik curates 300 wine labels. The modernized kitchen expanded from its original small pizza operation started by Košir's mother in 1993 to accommodate cooking classes and educational programs. Chef : Luka Košir.
